Contractual Management

Chartering is a core activity of any commercial management process which in accordance with BIMCO’s Standard Ship Management Agreement “SHIPMAN 2009” comprises but is not limited to “seeking and negotiating employment for the Vessel and the conclusion of charter parties or other contracts relating to the employment of the Vessel”. Depending on owners’ requests we provide representation, execution and management of charter parties. 

Core services include 

•  Representation on vessels charter parties and their addenda.
• The arranging of proper invoicing according to the conditions of the vessel’s charter parties..
• The set up, execution and management of all agreements entered between the vessel owners and third parties such as the technical managers,  suppliers, dry-docks, technical teams etc.
